Postcard Mailing Options at My Postcard Printing

August 14, 2009

Marketing Tips

My Postcard Printing is about more than postcard printing. We can take care of your postcard marketing campaigns as well. We value speed, efficiency, and low-overhead costs; and our mailing services reflect just that. We’ll go into detail on what steps we take to make this happen below.

My Postcard Printing’s Mailing Service 101

List Preparation

We can rent a targeted mailing list for your next campaign starting as low as $0.04 a name. But if you already have your mailing list ready, send it over and we’ll take care of all the details. We accept most mailing list file types, but you may want to follow the guidelines on our Mailing Services page to expedite the process.

Address Ink-Jetting

We can print unique addresses for each of your postcards, thanks to variable data postcard printing. You won’t have to write each of your target recipients’ addresses by hand anymore.

CASS Certification

The CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System) Certification guarantees you that USPS has evaluated our software that cleans and matches addresses. This is renewed annually to meet current CASS Certification cycle requirements.

Postal Pre-sorting

We also organize your bulk mail orders. Each of your postcards goes through a long and complex process, and our postal pre-sorting service makes sure that process doesn’t have to cost more time and/or money than it has to. Because of this, USPS charges you substantially lower postal rates, and your pre-sorted custom postcards travel quicker to their destinations.

Drop-off at USPS Office

After we’ve gone through all the steps to ensure your postcards are ready for mailing, we’ll also drop your postcards off at the USPS office for you. The whole mailing process only takes 2-3 business days.

Does this sound like a great deal? Head over to My Postcard Printing’s Mailing Services page today and get a full project quote for your postcard order.
